BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Hangzhou-based online music provider 5fad said the 100 mln yuan claim it filed against Nasdaq-listed Baidu for unauthorized downloads will begin judicial proceedings in Beijing in mid-October.5Fad sued the Chinese search engine in mid-July for copyright violation of over 1,000 songs owned by 5fad, demanding compensation in what it said could be the largest intellectual property rights case in China.5fad said Baidu has yet to respond to the claim.joshua.lipes@xfn.comjps/net-xfnjps/xfnntCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
