(Adding Eurazeo's previous stake in Air Liquide)PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Eurazeo has upped its stake in Air Liquide to 5.5 pct from 2.1 pct and is considering divesting its 2.1 pct stake in Veolia in the next 12 to 18 months 'as part of its regular portfolio management,' the company said.Eurazeo said it used a specific banking line of 556 mln eur to increase its stake in Air Liquide through its subsidiary Legendre Holding 11.Eurazeo said its Veolia stake has given it an internal rate of return (IRR) of more than 26 pct annually.
