Transaction Systems gets new Nasdaq note |

NEW YORK (AP) - Transaction Systems Architects Inc., a maker of payment processing software, said Wednesday it received another Nasdaq notice that it is not in compliance with listing requirements.The latest notice states the company is not in compliance because it has yet to file its quarterly report for the period ended Dec. 31. The company also received a Nasdaq notice for failure to file a quarterly report for the period ended Sept. 30.In response to the latter notice, the company set up a hearing with the Nasdaq listing qualifications panel on Thursday.Transaction Systems said it cannot make any assurances that the panel will grant the company's request for continued listing.Shares of Transaction Systems fell 31 cents to $37.39 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
