HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - Air China Ltd will set up an air cargo joint venture with Cathay Pacific Airwarys Ltd in Shanghai by the end of this year to increase its market share in the lucrative market, the South China Morning Post reported, quoting Air China chairman Li Jiaxiang.'The top priority this year is to get the venture with Cathay done,' Li was quoted as saying.The application for the joint venture will be submitted in the first half and incorporation could be completed in the second half, the report said.leonora.walet@xfn.comlw/net
