STOCKHOLM (AFX) - Atlas Copco AB said its German unit Atlas Copco Holding GmbH has acquired Germany's Rodcraft Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and all its subsidiary companies for an undisclosed sum.Rodcraft supplies the automotive aftermarket industry with pneumatic tools and workshop equipment.
