DFS Funding Corp's series 2007-A notes assigned 'BBB+' rating - Fitch

LONDON (AFX) - Fitch Ratings assigned a 'BBB+' rating to DFS Funding Corp's series 2007-A notes and affirmed 'BBB+' on the series 2005-A, series 2005-B and series 2005-C notes.

The total value of the notes is 450 mln usd, the ratings agency said.

The notes are backed by present and future diversified payment rights originated by Turkey-based Denizbank AS, Fitch said.
