SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Cisco Systems Inc., which makes routers and switches that direct data traffic over computer networks, said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of Reactivity Inc. for about $135 million in cash.Cisco said the acquisition of the privately held company will expand its Web services business, which facilitates communication between different information systems.The deal was initially announced in February.Shares of Cisco fell 13 cents to $26.21 in morning trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
