BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - Belgacom SA said it has sold its satellite operations to India's ORG Informatics Ltd for an undisclosed sum.Belgacom said its operations will be transferred to ORG by this autumn and plans to offer the 34 workers employed in the activities a new job within the group.The group said the buildings used for the satellite operations are included in the transaction, but indirect satellite activities such as Belgacom TV or the Lessive conference centre are not part of the deal.nina.chestney@thomson.comnc/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
