AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - BinckBank NV said it has entered exclusive talks with Rabobank about the acquisition of Rabobank's investment banking unit Alex Beleggersbank.Internet banker BinckBank previously confirmed on Oct 11 it was in talks with Rabobank, but said this morning those talks will now be conducted on an exclusive basis.BinckBank said it will report the possible deal to the Dutch competition authority NMa as soon as possible.Aaron Gray-Block; aaron.gray-block@thomson.comagb/ejbCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
