PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French banking group Caisse d'Epargne wants to modify governance at its banking subsidiary Natixis, which it jointly owns with banking group Banques Populaires, French daily Les Echos reported.Caisse d'Epargne said it wants to end the 'two-headed management' of Philippe Dupont, who is both CEO of Banques Populaires and president of Natixis.Caisse d'Epargne said it was difficult to hold such a position without falling victim to a conflict of interests.The stock value of Natixis has declined 20 pct since it was founded in November 2006.tfn.paris@thomson.comses/ejbCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
