-OSEAX up 0.1 pct at 546.9

-OBX up 0.1 pct at 400.8

Turnover

- 1.3 bln nkr

Major gainers

- Pronova BioPharma up 3.4 pct to 24.30 nkr on speculation it could be target of takeover bid

Major losers

- Seabird Exploration down 3.85 pct to 20 nkr after Carnegie downgrades it to 'underperform' from 'neutral' and cuts 2008 EPS estimates by 35 pct.
