NEC Electronics warns of bigger loss for year to March amid restructuring |

TOKYO (XFN-ASIA) - NEC Electronics Corp said it now expects to post a net loss of 45 bln yen, much bigger than the 25 bln yen loss seen previously, as the semiconductor manufacturer vowed to launch more restructuring measures.The company gave the following revised forecasts for the current fiscal year ending March 31,compared with previous projections:Revenue - 690 bln yen vs 695 blnOperating loss - 30 bln yen vs loss 7 blnPretax loss - 39 bln yen vs loss 19 blnNet loss - 45 bln yen vs loss 25 bln(1 usd = 120.98 yen)yasuhiko.seki@xfn.comys/mas
