HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Industrial services provider Harsco Corp. said Thursday it declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17.75 cents per share on a post-split basis, or 71 cents annually.The dividend is payable May 15 to stockholders of record at April 13.The rate reflects the company's previously announced 2-for-1 stock split which takes effect later this month.
