Fuel Systems gets Nasdaq warning |

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - Fuel Systems Solutions Inc., which makes products that let internal combustion engines run on natural gas, said Thursday it received a warning from the Nadsaq Stock Market that it has not filed its fiscal 2006 financials and is subject to delisting.Fuel Systems said it has requested a hearing with Nasdaq to review the determination, and try to prevent the delisting of its stock.The filing is late due to an ongoing investigation of the companies past stock-option grants.Shares added 57 cents, or 3.3 percent, to close at $18.06 on the Nasdaq.
