Honeywell to buy defence logistics co Dimensions International for 230 mln usd

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Honeywell said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire defence logistics company Dimensions International for 230 mln usd.

Honeywell said the transaction is subject to regulatory requirements.

The company said the acquisition will be integrated into Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honeywell, to bolster the company's field support, equipment pre-positioning, depot maintenance and vehicle repair, overhaul and up-armouring offering.
