Kuoni buys UK specialty travel company CV Travel

ZURICH (Thomson Financial) - Kuoni Reisen Holding said it has bought UK specialty travel company CV Travel for an undisclosed sum, effective July 1.

CV Travel, which specialises in luxury villa holiday packages in Greece, France and Italy, has annual turnover of around 35 mln sfr and employs 40 people, the Swiss travel company said.

No other financial details were reported.
