BOSTON (AFX) - Keane Inc., which provides information technology services, on Monday said it named Kirk Arnold as president, chief executive and vice chairman, effective Jan. 29.Chief Financial Officer John Leahy has been doubling as interim president and CEO since May, when Brian Keane stepped down amid allegations of sexual harassment. Keane has denied the allegations. Leahy will continue in his role as company CFO.Arnold joins the company from Fidelity Investments, where she was executive vice president of product, marketing and strategy for the personnel division outsourcing group. She also previously worked for Computer Sciences Corp., a publicly held IT services company, and IBM.Keane shares fell 4 cents to close at $11.98 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
