Feb 2 -Proposed acquisition by BG Group of Sirene (Candidate for simplified procedure)

Feb 6 -Proposed acquisition by Sun Capital Partners Inc and Golden Gate Capital of Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc (Candidate for simplified procedure)
