WASHINGTON (AFX) - Computer services provider CSP Inc. said Tuesday its stock may be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market after the company failed to file an annual report.The Billerica, Mass.-based company, which received a delisting notification letter from Nasdaq, did not file Form 10-K for its fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30, 2006. The company received an extension to Jan. 16, but it now expects to file the report by Feb. 2.The company provides high-performance computer systems and systems integration services.Shares of CSP dipped 18 cents to $8 in early afternoon trading.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
