CALGARY (AFX) - Canadian Superior Energy Inc. said Tuesday it has become the largest exploration acreage holder in the Atlantic off Nova Scotia with the addition of two blocks formerly held by U.S.-based Richland Minerals Inc.The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Canadian Superior said the two deepwater blocks, designated Falcon and Osprey, increase its holdings to 2.59 million net acres.The Calgary-based company plans further drilling on its Mariner block near Sable Island later this year.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
