FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Bayer AG won a legal dispute against AOK, banning the German health insurer from granting itself discounts on purchases of Bayer's drugs delivered to doctors and hospitals.A court in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein ruled that discounts usually given to AOK for drugs that its members buy in pharmacies cannot be extended to distribution through doctors and hospitals.The Schleswig-Holstein subsidiary of AOK now has to refund 43,000 eur to Bayer, the court said.ludwig.burger@thomson.comdpa/lb/jmsCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
