MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - India's finance ministry said it has approved foreign direct investment proposals to allow Goldman Sachs and Macquarie to invest 1.56 bln rupees for up to 40 pct in PTC India Financial Services Ltd.The finance ministry approved 22 foreign direct investment proposals worth 5.11 bln rupees on Nov 16, a government release said.PTC India Financial Services is a subsidiary of PTC India Ltd.tfn.newsdesk@thomson.comndi/ran/jrrCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
