Bollore to raise stake in Havas to 31 pct by end-June through call option |

PARIS (AFX) - Havas chairman Vincent Bollore said his Bollore group is to raise its stake in Havas to 31 pct by the end of June, by exercising a call option on the 5 pct stake held by CSCS, a unit of Sebastian Holdings.According to the Euronext website, Bollore currently holds 26.8 pct of Havas.Vincent Bollore also said he 'does not plan' to raise his stake in Havas further, although he added that 'all options remain open, of course'.Bollore was speaking at a news conference following his group's full-year results last night.paris@afxnews.comafp/gt/ambCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
