GREENVILLE, Wis. (AP) - School Specialty Inc., which provides educational materials and art supplies to schools, said Wednesday that its chief financial officer and treasurer has resigned.David G. Gomach, 48, is leaving the company to 'pursue personal and professional interests,' according to the company. His resignation is effective July 2, after the filing of the company's fiscal annual report, School Specialty said.Gomach joined School Specialty in August 2006 after retiring as CFO of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. in November 2004, following a 17-year career with the exchange.The company said it retained an executive search firm to find a replacement.School Specialty shares fell 5 cents to $33.71 in aftermarket trading, after falling 50 cents to $33.76 in the regular session.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
