Healthcare Realty sets dividend

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AFX) - Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. said Tuesday it declared a quarterly dividend of 66 cents per share.

The dividend is payable March 2 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15.

At this rate, the quarterly dividend totals an annual payment of $2.64 per share.

Healthcare Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust that owns health care properties
