HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - The price of PIX Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft averaged 579.05 eur per tonne in the week ending July 22, a fall of 0.69 eur from the previous week, Foex Indexes Ltd said.In dollar terms, the PIX NBSK was 0.26 usd higher at 799.26 usd.Foex, a provider of audited, trade-mark registered pulp and paper indexes, said the PIX Bleached Hardwood Kraft Pulp (BHKP) price index dropped 0.77 eur during the same week to 507.14 eur per tonne.Among the key paper grades, the price of light weight coated (LWC) paper dipped 1.20 eur to 674.07 eur.Coated wood-free paper rose 1.34 eur to 716.56 eur and newsprint edged 0.21 eur higher to 538.83 eur.PIX data is compiled using price information from buyers, sellers and agents.azer.sawiris@thomson.comafs/sljCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
