MADRID (AFX) - Atalaya Inversiones has raised its stake in Tubacex SA to 8.33 pct from a previous 5.0 pct, according to a filing with the stock market regulator CNMV.Atalaya is an investment vehicle for a group of regional savings banks.In May last year, Tubacex shareholders agreed to eliminate measures in its statutes limiting voting rights to 5 pct of the company, regardless of the size of the stake held.tfn.europemadrid@thomson.comrmr/ped/jdy/lamCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
