MOSCOW (Thomson Financial) - Kazakh national oil company Kazmunaigaz plans to borrow 3 bln usd to finance its acquisition of a 75 pct stake in Romania's Rompetrol Group NV, industry sources told Interfax.One of the sources said that ABN Amro, Credit Suisse and Calyon had been mandated to arrange the loan.Rompetrol operates two refineries in Romania.Kazmunaigaz announced in August that it had agreed to acquire the stake from Rompetrol Holding SA.alfred.kueppers@thomson.comamk/sljCOPYRIGHTCopyright Thomson Financial News Limited 2007.
