Greek shares slightly higher, led up by Cosmote

ATHENS (Thomson Financial) - Greek shares closed slightly higher, led up by Cosmote ahead of its Q1 results to be released after the close of trade today, dealers said.

The ASE general index edged 0.2 pct higher to 2,936.1, while blue chips were flat at 2,645.9. Mid caps were little changed at 6,227.6 while small caps shed 0.4 pct to 1,058.2.

Decliners outnumbered advancers 174 to 94, while 51 were unchanged.
