COPENHAGEN (Thomson Financial) - AP Moller-Maersk AS said its Maersk Contractors USA Inc unit is being sued by Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Inc for infringing patents for drilling rigs.'We can confirm that Transocean has taken out a writ against Maersk Contractors USA at a court in Houston, Texas,' the Danish group said.'We do not comment on ongoing legal matters and have no further comments.'michael.delaine@thomson.commdl/jfrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
