China 2006 fixed-asset investment up 24 pct - Stats Bureau

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - China's fixed-asset investment rose 24 pct in 2006, the National Bureau of Statistics said.

It said in a statement that China's urban fixed-asset investment was up 24.5 pct in 2006.

December urban fixed-asset investment rose 13.8 pct, the statistics bureau said.
