NEW YORK (AP) - The senior vice chairman of Bank of New York Mellon Corp., which provides asset management services to companies and wealthy individuals, sold 91,305 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Wednesday, Steven G. Elliott reported he sold the shares on Monday for $45.60 to $45.95 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
