TietoEnator to record 4 mln eur capital loss after reorganising German ops |

HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - IT services group TietoEnator said it expects to record a one-off loss of 4 mln eur after reorganising its German banking and insurance unit.The company has tentatively agreed to transfer some of its SAP operations, including 21 of its banking and insurance staff, to Resco GmbH, the German unit of Sweden's Acando AB.It's 16-strong SAP Human Capital Management consulting team will meanwhile transfer to a new company after a management buy-out.The SAP businesses TietoEnator is divesting last year generated an operating loss of about 1.2 mln eur on net sales of about 5.8 mln eur.james.etheridge@thomson.comje/gpCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
