MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Astroc Mediterraneo SA said that deputy chairman Juan Carlos Nozaleda Arenas will take over as the group's new chairman after Enrique Banuelos de Castro resigned from the post and as board member earlier today.Nozaleda is currently one of the owners of property group Nozar, which holds 24.9 pct of the Valencian realtor.In a statement, Astroc also reiterated that talks with Catalan property company Aisa over a possible 'corporate move' are in a preliminary stage and no agreement has been reached.tfn.europemadrid@thomson.comped/jlcCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
