Taiwan's Inotera buys equipment worth 1.09 bln twd from Applied Materials

TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - Inotera Memories Inc (3474.TW) said it purchased equipment worth 1.09 bln twd from Applied Materials Asia-Pacific Ltd between Dec 22, 2006 and today.

Inotera, a joint venture between Nanya Technology Corp (2408.TW) and Germany's Qimonda AG (of Infineon Technologies AG), makes dynamic random access memory chips.

As of 11.04 am, Inotera was down 0.20 twd at 37.60.
