MADRID (AFX) - Repsol YPF SA is to invest over 300 mln eur in an industrial estate where it will build its new headquarters, El Pais reported, without citing a source.The oil and gas group has agreed to buy 30,000 square metres of land along with its affiliate Cia Logistica de Hidrocarburos (CLH), it said.Repsol YPF initially planned to locate its new HQ in a skyscraper block currently under construction in central Madrid.The company will now put that building up for sale when completed, the newspaper said.On Monday, Expansion reported that Repsol YPF could raise 700-800 mln eur from the sale, translating into capital gains of about 300 mln.afxmadrid@afxnews.comjdy/ped/jsaCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2006.
