MARYSVILLE, Ohio (AFX) - Home and garden product company Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. on Friday said it will pay back its senior subordinated notes before the 2013 due date at a price of $1,048.12 for every $1,000 of notes.The price includes a consent payment of $30 for every $1,000 in notes if they were tendered by Jan. 24, the company said.If holders tender their notes after the consent deadline but before Feb. 8, the company said it will pay $1,018.12 per $1,000 in notes.Scotts Miracle-Gro shares fell 33 cents to close at $53.15 on the New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
