(update adds detail)MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - India's Larsen & Toubro Ltd said its net profit for the quarter ended Sept 30 rose 73 pct to 3.48 bln rupees due to higher sales and services revenues.The engineering and construction major said total revenues, including sales, grew to 55.23 bln rupees from 38.56 bln rupees in the same period last year.L&T said its engineering and construction segment revenue rose by 55 pct to 42.63 bln rupees on strong order inflows. The company's overall order book grew 27 pct to 59.05 bln rupees.
