Allegheny Energy files a proposed plan for power procurement in Pa. beyond 2010

BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Allegheny Energy Inc. Friday said its Allegheny Power business filed a proposed plan for power procurement beyond 2010 with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.

Shares of the Greensburg, Pa.-based electric utility company closed Thursday at $58.04.
