NEW YORK (AP) - A senior executive vice president of Bank of New York Mellon Corp. exercised options for 94,340 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Thursday, Brian G. Rogan reported he exercised the options Tuesday for $29.12 and then sold all the shares the same day for $46.64 to $46.82 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
