JP Morgan to buy funds services business

NEW YORK (AP) - JP Morgan said Monday it will buy a fund services business from an affiliate of Western & Southern Financial Group.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies expect the deal to close in the second quarter.

JP Morgan is acquiring the U.S. transfer agency services from Integrated Investment Services, which has over 100 workers based in Cincinnati.

JP Morgan is part of JP Morgan Chase & Co.
