FORT DODGE, Iowa (AFX) - North Central Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank of Iowa, has named Paul F. Bognanno as its new president and chief executive, effective July 1.Bognanno, who will also become CEO of the savings bank, succeeds David M. Bradley. In the interim, Bognanno, who joined the company and bank board in 2005, will assume the title of senior executive vice president to assist with the transition.After the transition, Bradley, who has been CEO of the company since 1995, will continue as chairman of the company's board of directors. He will also serve in an executive officer position in the bank.Shares of North Central Bancshares dipped 28 cents to end at $38.51 on the Nasdaq.Copyright 2006 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
