STOCKHOLM (AFX) - OMX AB said the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has upheld a lower court's decision not to support eSpeed's patent infringement claim against it and as a result, it no longer faces any liability claims.The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said eSpeed's patent is 'unenforceable'.ESpeed's patent infringement claim on OMX amounted to approximately 100 mln usd on Jan 25, 2005.
