ECOFIN Ministers cautiously optimistic about economy despite US housing woes |

BRUSSELS (AFX) - EU finance ministers expressed cautious optimism about the outlook for the European economy despite concerns about the US housing market.'It's too early to tell,' euro group president Jean-Claude Juncker said when asked on his way in the ministers' monthly gathering about the risks for Europe from the US problem.Dutch finance minister Wouter Bos said: 'The European economy is very good, and the Dutch economy is even better.'Bos said that 'the risks are known', adding there is 'no sign' that US housing market woes are spilling over into Europe.Belgian finance minister Didier Reynders was equally upbeat, saying: 'We are very confident....
