BUDAPEST (Thomson Financial) - Budapest shares closed down, tracking losses in Europe as investor confidence was hit by US first-quarter GDP data that surprised on the downside, dealers said.The BUX index of leading Hungarian shares closed down 0.13 pct at 25,424.80.The euro rose 0.20 pct to 245.89 forints after reaching a record high against the US dollar, which fell 0.27 pct to 179.97 forints Budapest.edward.krudy@thomson.comek1/jsaCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
