FALLS CHURCH, Virginia (Thomson Financial) - General Dynamics Information Technology, a unit of General Dynamics Corp, said it will provide next-generation technical support services as a member of the Verizon consortium that won a 20 bln usd contract as part of the US government's Networx program.General Dynamics said the contract will run over 10 years.The program will provide voice, internet protocol, wireless, satellite and IP-centric services to 135 federal agencies in 191 countries, General Dynamics said.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comwjCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
