NEW YORK (AP) - A director of design software maker Autodesk Inc. sold 13,080 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Thursday, Larry W. Wangberg reported he sold the shares the same day for $49.75 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
