NAPOLEONVILLE, La. (AP) - Entergy Louisiana says it has restored electricity to all 9,500 customers affected by an early morning power outage in northern Assumption Parish.Harry Shields, a spokesman for the energy company, says it's not clear what caused the outage, though it's believed to have been equipment related.Schools in the area closed Friday, after the power went out shortly before 8 a.m. The Napoleonville, Pierre Part and Belle Rose areas had been among those affected.Shields says crews had been able to restore electricity to about 2,500 customers by around 9:30 a.m. and to everyone else by about 2 p.m.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
