NEW YORK (AP) - The president of business software company Oracle Corp. exercised options for 2.4 million shares of common stock, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings Thursday.In Form 4s filed with the SEC, Charles E. Phillips Jr. reported he exercised options for the shares Wednesday for $10.23 to $14.57 apiece and then sold them all on the same day for $21.70 to $21.87 each.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
