Tubacex FY net up 22 pct at 30.9 mln eur; 'substantial' rise in 2007 order book |

MADRID (AFX) - Tubacex SA said net profit grew 21.7 pct to 30.9 mln eur in the full-year to December from a year earlier, on a 25.2 pct increase in revenues to 538.8 mln.In a statement, Tubacex said EBITDA grew 21.5 pct to 63.9 mln eur from 52.6 mln, while EBIT was up 27.8 pct at 47.2 mln from 37.0 mln.Net cash flow climbed 15.9 pct to 47.6 mln eur from 41.0 mln.Looking ahead, the seamless steel tubing manufacturer said it expects 2007 to be 'a very positive' year, given the major investment projects in the energy, gas and oil sectors, where the company has its main clients.It highlighted that 'this healthy situation and outlook' is being reflected in an increase in prices and in the 'substantial' rise in its order book.afxmadrid@afxnews.comjdy/ped/abrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
